How do I access my download?
After checkout, you’ll receive a download link and instructions. If you purchased on Etsy, your files are also available in your Etsy account.
Can you customize a template for my business?
At the moment we don’t offer custom work, but we’re happy to recommend the best template and how to adapt it.
I can’t find my file—can you resend it?
Yes—email us with your order number and the email used at checkout, and we’ll help you regain access.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are instant digital downloads, refunds are typically not available. If something isn’t working as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.
